As a reminder policy effective 5/1/21:
Less than 24 hour cancellation, no-show/no-call will be charged a $40 fee for provider time and time blocked for your visit. You will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.
We ask that you please be respectful of everyone’s time and cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
